This website is published by Dermaiims, a dermatology and hair restoration clinic at B-4/1, Ground Floor, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi – 110029, led by Dr. Ramesh Pratap(MBBS, AIIMS; MD Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology, AIIMS). It describes the clinic’s services and provides a way to request a consultation. Nothing on it is an offer to treat, and no doctor-patient relationship is created by reading it or by submitting the enquiry form.

2. Medical information is educational only

Every description of hair loss, treatment, technique, timeline or recovery on this website is general educational information. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation for you.

Whether a hair transplant is appropriate for you, which technique suits you, how many grafts you need and what result is realistic can only be determined after an in-person clinical evaluation, including scalp examination and donor assessment. Do not start, stop or change any medication or treatment on the basis of what you read here. If you have an urgent medical problem, contact a doctor or emergency service directly rather than through this website.

3. Results, photographs and timelines

Outcomes of hair restoration vary from person to person and depend on your pattern and stability of hair loss, donor hair availability, hair characteristics, general health, and how closely post-operative instructions are followed.

The before-and-after photographs on this website are of Dermaiims’s own patients, published with their written consent, and are not retouched. They show what was achieved for those individuals with their particular graft counts and grades. They are not a promise, guarantee or prediction of the result you will get. The same applies to every timeline given on this site: growth, healing and density milestones are typical expectations, not commitments.

4. Prices and estimates

Any price, per-graft range or package figure shown on this website is indicative, applies to the situations described, and may change without notice. The cost of your treatment depends on your graft requirement, the technique used and the extent of hair loss. Only a written quotation issued by the clinic after your assessment is binding.

5. Enquiries and how we respond

When you submit the form or message us, you agree that the details you give are your own and are accurate, and that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or a return call about the enquiry you made. We aim to respond during clinic hours (Mon – Sun · 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and typically reply to WhatsApp messages within 15 minutes during those hours, but response times are targets rather than guarantees. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve an appointment slot until the clinic confirms it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, impersonated or automated enquiries, or use the form to send unsolicited or abusive content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, its endpoints or any connected system, or to disrupt its operation;

7. Intellectual property

The text, design, photographs, videos and marks on this website, including the name Dermaiims and the MY-DHT protocol name and description, belong to Dermaiims or are used with permission. You may read and share links to these pages. You may not copy, adapt or republish their content without our written permission. Patient photographs are published under a specific consent given to this clinic; any further use of them is prohibited.

8. Third-party links and services

This website links to the clinic’s profiles on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, embeds videos hosted on YouTube, and offers a WhatsApp contact link. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We take care to keep this website accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or that it will be available without interruption.
